Parents say about Castlecraft.

“Booked Sunshine Yellow for Sophie's 7th and it was the easiest Saturday morning we've had in ages. They were here at quarter past nine, set up before the kids finished their cereal, and ran the safety check in front of us. The roof canopy handled a passing shower without anyone having to ask. The kids still talk about it on Monday.”

“Picked Sea Mint to fit the coastal vibe we were going for and it absolutely did. Twin slides, the obstacle run, and that cool mint pillar look — older kids and the younger cousins all used it for the full four hours. Booking took under a minute, the fixed quote meant no surprise on pickup.”

“We went with Castle Pink for our daughter's 5th and it was the right size and the right colour — not a scaled-down teen castle, actually themed for toddlers. The pastel turrets looked lovely in the photos. Operator arrived inside the booked window, collection was the same on Sunday.”

“Hired Midnight Blue for an end-of-term school group of fourteen — the deck really is the biggest in the fleet, so the bigger kids were never queueing. Two-lane slide earns its keep. Dropped a star because pickup ran about twenty minutes late, but we got credited the difference the same week without asking twice. Solid operation overall.”

“We booked six weeks out for an 8th birthday in our back garden and still had to switch dates once because of a clash — they moved us to the next Saturday with no extra fee. Sunshine Yellow again, same easy morning. The price on the site is genuinely the price you pay; no add-ons turned up on the day.”
